"STARSHINA" — a junior non-commissioned officer rank in the Red Army from 1940 onward.
The collar tabs were worn on the collar of military uniforms and had two geometric shapes: a parallelogram for wear on the collars of the gymnastyorka, tunic, and jacket; and a diamond shape for wear on the overcoat collar.
For ease of sewing the patches onto the uniform collar, they are made with an allowance of an un-edged strip 1.5 cm long. A stiffening cloth applied to the reverse side of the patches indicates their size and shape in their finished, sewn-on form.
The collar tabs are made in full accordance with the selected materials and manufacturing technology of 1935–1942.
Choose the branch or service emblem from the options provided. If the emblem you wish to have on the collar tabs is not listed among the options, refer to the section "EMBLEMS and CODES of the branches and services of the Army and Navy of the USSR, 1918–1969."
The price is for one pair of collar tabs.
